Cloudy Monday Evening
Lots of scudding low cloud today. Didn't expect much from an evening walk down to Cooildarry Nature Reserve. Just the old, but trusty Canon 5DMkii for company, no tripod. The monochrome is an old Fuller's Earth mill from the 19th Century. Only brief moments of hazy sun and it doesn't reach into the valley much. Net result: verdant greens, but everything else looking a little flat. I played around with effects when I got back. The walk in the reserve was thoroughly enjoyable despite the decidedly flat images.
